Eligibility

The candidate must pass their Higher Secondary Examination of Tripura Board of Secondary Education/Central Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognized board/university, with the subjects in which the candidate desires to appear at the Joint Entrance Examination. Th e applicant must be a permanent resident of the state of Tripura.

Examination Pattern

Tripura JEE entrance test comprise of three groups of papers. Candidate may answer the questions either in english or in bengali. The questions will be in English with Bengali version.

Group-A
Candidates seeking admission to engineering/technological degree of courses will have to appear in Group A that comprising of questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

Group-B
Candidates seeking admission to medical/agricultural courses, etc. will have to appear the Group B that comprising of questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Group-C
Candidatesthose desiring to take chances in both of the above groups will have to appear in all the four subjects. Candidate can attempt Tripura JEE only twice, in consecutive years.

Syllabus

Candidate will have to prepare in the following grounds - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It follows the standard of intermediate level. However, candidates will prepare for a different combination of subjects according to their preferred field.
